What you’ll receive:
Personalized Mentorship: You’ll be paired with a top-performing Magenta agent, who will guide you through every step, from writing contracts to managing transactions.
Hands-on-Experience: Gain real-world expertise by working through your first three deals (buyer and/or seller) with direct mentor support.
Free Transaction Assistance: During your mentorship, you’ll receive our professional transaction coordination services—free of charge for your first three deals, (a $350 value per transaction). Our transaction coordinators handle administrative tasks, ensure document compliance, and keep your deals running smoothly, so you can focus on learning and growing your business.
Comprehensive Learning Resources: Tap into Magenta’s exclusive training videos and educational materials 24/7 to strengthen your skills and knowledge.
*Magenta Mentorship Program is required for agents with 3 or less career sales

At Magenta, we believe in fair compensation that rewards your hard work while recognizing the expertise of our mentors. During your mentorship period—your first three buyer or seller transactions—you’ll earn commission while gaining hands-on experience, expert guidance, and the full support of our brokerage.
Mentorship program commission structure:
50% to Mentee. Earn while you gain hands-on experience and expert guidance.
40% to Mentor. Your dedicated mentor provides training, strategy, and support.
10% to Brokerage. Provides essential tools, resources, and transaction assistance.
After completing your first three transactions, you’ll transition to earning 100% commission as you continue building your real estate career.
