  • The only fees are a one time set up fee, monthly fees, file fees, and optional transaction coordination fees. The amount of these fees depends on whether you’ve selected a Core, Plus, or Pro plan. Our leadership can help you determine which plan is best for you based on your expected production.

  • Magenta offers three simple monthly plans with low file fees. There are no splits or caps. For files over $1 million, there is an additional $200 file fee due to extra liability.

  • There is a $50 fee for any referrals from out-of-state agents or lease referrals for tenants. For marketing a property for rent, a file fee based on your plan applies. Magenta is not a permitted property manager; agents can only market properties for landlords.

  • The one-time setup fee is $200 and covers access to all Magenta systems, onboarding, and professional onboarding videos. Marketing materials provided in digital format include business cards, email signature, newsletter signature, social media posts, listing signs, open house signs, and an agent bio page on the Magenta website.

  • Agents at Magenta can change plans annually on January 1st by notifying their manager in December.

  • Agents who have closed at least five commercial transactions are approved for commercial deals, subject to broker approval. Those who haven't can join a mentee program with a qualified mentor for their first five transactions.

  • Yes, higher production levels qualify agents for premium brokerage plans that reduce your fees. Additionally, we provide annual recruiting bonuses for agents who successfully bring new members to the brokerage. These straightforward bonuses continue year-after-year, as long as you and the recruited agents remain with us.

  • Magenta’s in-house branding and design department offers comprehensive services to help agents build their personal brand. This includes creating professional marketing materials such as business cards, signage, and email signatures, and providing customizable templates and social media content. The department also produces and delivers newsletters with your branding, plus an internal Agent Playbook with marketing tips to give you ideas and get you inspired. Furthermore, additional personalized services like graphic design and video production are available to enhance your professional image​.

  • Magenta offers extensive in-house marketing services to support its agents. These include professional design services for signage, business cards, presentations, and email signatures. Agents have access to customizable design templates and ready-to-post social media content, available on-demand 24/7. Additionally, Magenta provides Las Vegas-specific, personally branded newsletters sent twice monthly, a monthly internal guide with marketing tips, and timely marketing strategies and expert advice. Full-service graphic design, mailing, podcasting, and video production with editing services are also available through our in-house department for additional fees​.

  • We offer a plethora of tools across in all departments—marketing, technology, and business support—to help agents maintain client relationships. We offer numerous tools to help agents maintain client relationships. Details can be found throughout this website.

  • Yes, we offer forms and templates that include all required compliance documents for various transactions. These templates are designed to save agents time for resale buyers, new home buyers, property listings, and land listings.

  • We provide exceptional training and tools for lead generation. Our owners have invested over $2 million in leads, converting them into $8 million in gross commission income as of the beginning of 2024. “Give a person a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a person to fish and you feed them for a lifetime.”

  • Yes, Magenta has incoming leads which are distributed to interested agents. We also have extensive experience in generating leads and offer pre-designed marketing templates for email, text, social media, mail, and open houses. We can easily teach an agent to procure leads.

  • Yes, we have a list of recommended professionals to help agents and their clients with property preparations, repairs, quotes, lenders, escrow, appraisers, and more. All of our agents help us update the vendor list by removing lackluster performers and adding great new vendors.

  • Magenta offers access to WeWork. Free credits are awarede each month based on your monthly plan with us. You can book conference rooms, offices, and training space by the hour at Downtown Summerlin or Town Square via the WeWork app. Each agent is allowed 5 color/B&W prints per month, with recommendations available for professional printing needs. You may purchase additional credits for office use and printing at your expense via the WeWork app.

  • We use Skyslope for compliance. Agents can upload documents directly or hire one of our expert transaction coordinators to handle it.

  • This is not an individual license. All FUB plans at Magenta include one seat in our brokerage license. This allows agents to use our marketing and sales-driven email and text templates. Your database will also sync with our newsletter provider to send two professional custom emails each month from the agent’s company email address with your personal email signature.

Leadership & Training

  • Our owners have been top-producing agents and team leaders for over a decade. They stay updated on market trends and are involved in Masterminds with other leaders across the country. The real estate industry is engrained in them and they are committed to being knowledge leaders in any market.

  • Magenta offers ongoing in-person and virtual training programs for all skill levels weekly. New agents are required to have a mentor for their first five transactions. This mentor, a seasoned agent or team leader, will guide them, answer all their questions, and oversee transactions.

  • Typically, the broker responds within an hour. Longer delays may occur during meetings or classes. Magenta leverages Microsoft Teams for efficient communication, where past answers are searchable anytime. In Teams, we break down buyer and seller questions in separate channels. Many top agents at Magenta will commonly reply to agents if they have the answer as well.

  • New agents must have a mentor for their first 5 transactions or join a team. Magenta offers veteran agents to mentor new agents, with teams providing leads and individual veteran agents offering guidance.

  • Magenta holds classes on business growth, lead generation, professional brand marketing, tracking lead sources, profit and loss statements, expense management, real estate investment, LLC and S-Corp structures, tax strategies, and retirement account contributions. Classes are taught by Magenta owners and third-party professionals.

  • We recommend Key Realty School for all post-licensing and continuing education.

  • We expect agents to have a positive attitude, treat others with respect, maintain integrity, submit paperwork on time, and fulfill their duties to their clients and teammates.

  • At Magenta, collaboration and support are central to our culture. Agents can connect and assist each other through Microsoft Teams, whether they need a partner for an open house, vendor recommendations, or advice on client issues. Additionally, we hold monthly in-person brokerage meetings where agents can brainstorm ideas, discuss market trends, and engage in group discussions led by our broker. We also host social get togethers, activities, and charitable event from time to time.

  • Yes, Magenta regularly hosts casual brokerage events such as happy hours, bowling nights, sport activities, and social outings. These events provide opportunities for agents to unwind, socialize, and build stronger relationships in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

  • At Magenta, we recognize the importance of a healthy work-life balance. As independent contractors, agents can determine their own schedules based on their business goals. We promote a rest/run cycle, encouraging agents to take necessary breaks after busy periods. We also provide a compensation strategy for agents who need assistance from other agents while on vacation, sick, or handling multiple clients, ensuring fair and happy working relationships.

Human Resources

  • As Magenta grows, we continually look for leaders to fill various positions. We announce open positions internally for interested agents to apply.

  • We offer health benefits to US-based full-time W-2 employees.

  • We use JAMS arbitration to resolve any conflicts between brokerage and agent, although we have never had a major issue.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Once you agree to join us, we will send you an electronic signing package with step-by-step instructions. The process takes about two hours which includes your trip to the NV Real Estate Division.

  • We provide a detailed step-by-step guide with a comprehensive video library for onboarding. We also offer support from the owners, broker, and manager to ensure a smooth transition.

  • All pending transactions will remain with Magenta. Active (not pending) listings can be released to you with the property owner's signature. The Magenta broker will facilitate these changes.
